Head Coach Application
All prospective Head Coaches must submit a Coach Application form.
Coaches are encouraged to fill out the application as soon as possible.
Head Coach selections will be at the completion of evaluations, so its important to submit your application in full.

Criteria:
- Completion of Ris Coach Course - Activity Leader
- Hockey Alberta requires that all coaches, ast coaches that are on the bench or ice are to be certified
- Cost of course is $31.50
- Course completion is approx 3 hours long
- Upon completion please email your receipt to Kerri - seeraadmin@shaw.ca
- Note the parent and coach course are not the same
- Police Check
- If new to Millwoods Hockey the administrator will send you a link to complete the application
- Returning please ensure you Police Check is still valid - expiry of 3 years by checking the status on your Spordle Account.
- Coaching Certifications - SEERA will reimburse all certifications that are * required * upon completion.
- SEERA will offer in house clinics in Oct please do NOT sign up for clinics without approval from the Registrar.
