U9 to U11 Transition Camp
6 sessions weekdays

This camp is offered to U9 players born in 2015 only moving up to U11.

Transitioning from half ice hockey to full ice hockey can be challenging but also rewarding. We will focus on improving your athletes endurance, skating ability, and awareness of the full ice. Work on your conditioning to handle the increased space and pace of the game. Also, practice positioning and reading the play to adapt to the larger playing surface. We will have simulated games to teach the players about the new rules they will encounter with full ice action like off sides and icing.

These ice sessions are for the skill development of U9 2015 players ONLY registered on 2023-24 MW Hockey teams.
